Job Responsibilities
Selected candidates may be responsible for:
- Maintaining and updating accounting records and financial transactions.
- Processing invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries.
- Supporting Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
- Performing bank reconciliations and checking financial data.
- Supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Preparing financial reports, spreadsheets, and MIS reports.

- Maintaining proper financial documentation and records.
- Supporting audit activities by providing required documents and information.
Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of accounting fundamentals and bookkeeping.
- Familiarity with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Basic knowledge of accounting software such as Tally ERP, SAP, or Oracle is preferred.
