Job Description
As a New Campus Associate / Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience through different communication channels such as calls, email, chat and social media.
You will understand customer issues, inquiries and concerns and provide appropriate resolutions while ensuring that customer questions are answered within the required timelines.
The role also involves meeting monthly Customer Satisfaction and Productivity goals.
Roles and Responsibilities
The selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Resolving customer requests and inquiries through email, chat and social media.
- Providing an excellent customer experience.
- Understanding customer concerns and providing appropriate solutions.
- Meeting contact center statistics and contractual SLA requirements.
- Achieving monthly customer satisfaction and productivity targets.
- Following non-disclosure agreements and data security policies.
- Completing mandatory upskilling programs and e-courses.
- Attending coaching and training sessions.
- Implementing feedback received during coaching sessions.
- Maintaining 100% schedule adherence.
- Maintaining regular attendance and avoiding absenteeism.
- Positively contributing towards reducing program shrinkage.
- Following company policies and process guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Candidates must be 2026 passouts.
- Any full-time UG or PG graduate can apply.
- Candidates from Arts, Science, Commerce, Engineering, Pharma, MBA and MCA backgrounds are eligible.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are required.
- Candidates should have good analytical skills.
- Good typing skills are required.
- Candidates must be flexible to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
