About the Role
The S&P Global Customer Excellence team is looking for a skilled team player to join a project team focused on Third Party Risk Management.
The selected candidate will work with product, solutions, and engineering teams to support the successful delivery of customer onboarding implementations for S&P Global’s KYC services.
The role involves regular interaction with customers and internal stakeholders. Employees are expected to provide excellent customer service while managing project implementations, handling client requirements, and ensuring timely completion of assigned work.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage large project implementations involving customer onboarding.
- Support KYC onboarding and remediation activities.
- Perform full reviews and risk assessments.
- Conduct client outreach when required.
- Perform screening and alert disposition for entities and related parties.
- Work with international clients and complex global entity structures.
- Understand different entity types, including corporations, NBFIs, trusts, funds, banks, LLCs, and special purpose vehicles.
- Review agreements and identify relevant information.
- Extract relevant information from public-domain sources.
- Use KYC and screening tools for client verification and research.
