Role Overview
As a Product Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for helping customers integrate Phenom products into their existing technology environments.
You will work with the Implementation team to understand customer requirements, develop integration solutions, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide technical support throughout the implementation lifecycle.
The role also involves working with Product Management and Engineering teams to support the integration of new product features.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the Implementation team to understand client requirements.
- Design and develop suitable integration solutions.
- Develop and maintain integration scripts and tools.
- Integrate Phenom products with client systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams.
- Support the integration of new product features.
- Provide technical assistance to clients during and after implementation.
- Document integration processes and procedures.
- Provide training to clients on integration tools.
- Follow industry trends and integration best practices.
- Continuously improve integration processes and tools.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or an equivalent qualification.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in software integration.
- Customer-facing experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of web services, APIs, and data integration techniques.
- Good programming knowledge.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
